Privacy Policy

Information you provide during calls. When you call the published commercial service line, you may provide information such as your name, callback number, role, company or facility name, facility address, equipment type and brand, urgency, documentation requirements, and a description of the problem. Additional information may be provided directly to an accepting provider after the initial call.

Call tracking and call recordings. Inbound calls to our published commercial service line use call tracking (CallRail). Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality, routing, and training purposes when that feature is enabled. Recording disclosures are made on the call as required by applicable state and federal law. Call metadata — number called, number calling, duration, source, routing, and timing — is retained for operational and reporting purposes.

Automatically collected data. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These services may collect IP address, user-agent, pages viewed, time on page, click and scroll interactions, session recordings, and similar usage data. Both are loaded with a lazy strategy and operate under their respective providers' privacy practices.

Lead management / CRM. Service-request information and call records may be processed in a lead-management or CRM tool used to organize, qualify, and route requests, manage callbacks, and track outcomes.

We use information collected through the site and the call line to (a) review, qualify, and route commercial dock and door service requests; (b) follow up with you regarding your request and any documentation needs; (c) connect you with an independent local commercial provider when one is available and your request fits; (d) operate, maintain, and improve the site and the request line; and (e) comply with legal obligations.

Independent commercial providers. We share information you provide during the service-request process with the independent local commercial dock and door service provider assigned to your request so they can prepare for and complete the work. This may include facility, contact, equipment, urgency, and documentation details, plus photos or documents shared after the initial call. Compensation arrangements with providers may include lead routing, referral, or related commercial arrangements.

Service providers we use. We share data with third-party service providers we use to operate the site — including call tracking (CallRail), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and any CRM or lead-management tool — under terms intended to protect your information.

No sale to unrelated data brokers. We do not sell personal information to unrelated data brokers.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Call records, service-request information, and analytics data are retained for a reasonable operational period consistent with managing requests, follow-up, reporting, and legal obligations. Independent commercial providers assigned to your request handle their own data practices, including any records they create in the course of confirming, scheduling, performing, invoicing, or warrantying work. Their practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any independent provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information in our systems. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is intended for commercial facility audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
